制作比前作更好，强烈建议喜欢前作的来玩。本作时间线正好是前作的前三天，会有联系，但没玩过前作也完全不影响。前作只有监控，主题也只是国家安全；本作新增了舆情系统，主题改为了地缘政治，格局更大了，虽然依然聚焦于小事件。和前作一样是多结局。总得来说是在前作基础上锦上添花，但很奇怪的是steam好评率却低了不少。
