Beatrice Livingston is the Queen of the kingdom of Rumburg, and self-proclaimed ruler of All of Northern Merkopa. She has been the Queen of Rumburg since 1921, when she acceded to the throne at the age of 16 upon the death of her father, Alfred Il.
After her coronation, she has reigned as a constitutional monarch through major political changes, such as centralization of power in the kingdom, secularization reforms, as welll as the dissolution and the integration of the northern territories into the kingdom.
Her most notable action was the invasion of northern Agnolia and the Annexation of Dome, which was executed by the Rumburgian Army ina single night. She was condemned internationally and was expected to pay reparations to Agnolia, which she rejected to do. Rumburg did not face any major repercussions for the annexation and the calls for reparations fell flat. Itis regarded as one of the largest military and political victories of Rumburg to this day.
