A Member of the Assembly since 1937, Kibener represents the far-right politics of Sordland. Despite his views, he is respected by both sides of the spectrum as a fervent nationalist.

Originally attending a military academy, he later attended HSU with a major in art, hoping to become a propaganda artist. Joining the Sordish Armed Forces (SAF) in 1925, he is rumored to have been the private to announce the 1927 coup, granting him fame with many.

The National Front was started in Jen in the 1930, with Kibener at the head. Throughout the Wehlen civil war, Kibener advocated a strong stance on immigration, with said stance being credited for much of the violence against Bludish and Agno-Sords.

Organization of student movements and support of the Young Sords eventually propelled Kibener into the mayoral office of Jen in 1940, later going on to be elected into the assembly in 1941. A 1949 assassination attempt on the presidential trail led to further support for both the NFP and their discriminatory policies.

Kibener emerged as the dark horse of the 1953 election, becoming the third largest party in the assembly with 40 members.
