Tarquin Soll

Tarquin Soll, or Colonel Soll during his time in the military, is a former President of Sordland, and was followed by Ewald Alphonso and Anton Rayne. He is one of the most controversial figures in Suzerain, and the results of the dictatorial decisions made during his presidency still linger to this day, casting a great shadow on his otherwise illustrious legacy.
