Freddy sees Clair's scandalous picture on the front page of the newspaper. Claire and Frank strategize with Stemper and Grayson. Freddy agrees to sell his business. He then offers to buy his son, Darnell Hayes (Malcolm Goodwin), and grandson, Deshawn Hayes (Darren Alford) a new house. Eventually his son accepts and begins working for Freddy. Claire tells Galloway to deny the picture and their affair. Claire then says that the picture was an innocent one that Galloway had taken by request, controverting Galloway. Doug and Grayson fight to be top dog. Remy coerces Galloway into releasing another picture of Claire. Sayyad questions Tusk after linking him to Feng. Tusk threatens her. Tusk asks Remy to uncover more dirt on Frank. Remy reveals Freddy's criminal past. Frank attempts to protect Freddy. Meanwhile Freddy's son violates his parole by threatening a photographer with a gun. Grayson replicates the second photo with an anonymous model. When Frank realizes Freddy's new problems, he distances himself and Freddy understands. Adam explains that he released the second photo because of a threat to his fiancee, Inez (Carme Boixadera). Galloway claims the whole thing was a publicity stunt under pressure from Claire.
