In order to get Wilbur an appointment with a highly recommended pediatrician, Dr. Kapoor (Alice Amter), Joy comes up with multiple lies: she's part Indian, is a gourmet chef, and is Wilbur's 40-year old mother. Things get more complicated when Dr. Kapoor sets up Joy on a dinner date with her son, Ravi (Pej Vahdat), and it turns out Joy isn't the only one with secrets.
